**We do not offer refunds**
Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please contact us at support@chicluxuryhairextensions.com to begin your exchange. We do not offer refunds. We do not accept exchanges if the product's gold seal has been removed and the product has been used.
Exchange shipping costs aren't covered by Chicluxuryhairextensions. You are responsible for providing Chicluxuryhairextensions support email shipping and tracking information. Once we received the product we will then send you the new shipping information for the exchanged product you desire.
